Christian Louboutin 20th Anniversary Capsule Shoe and Bag Collection

Thanks to the numerous exquisite shoe designs, high quality and limitless creativity, Christian Louboutin has gained the name of “The Heels Godfather” in fashion, name that will remain forever in the industry. To mark its success and the 20th anniversary, the high-end brand has launched a special capsule collection of shoes and bags, featuring some of the most prominent designs that have helped define the luxurious French label.
“In France, 20 years defines a generation,” the designer stated. “This is a celebration of the first generation of this brand; an anniversary of its first young adventure.”

According to a press statement by the brand, it became clear that: “Each style included in this special collection is rich with history, full of life and carries with it a unique story of creation and inspiration. These styles are moments in the life and evolution of a designer, the women who covet these objects of desire and the flourishing brand which is instantly recognizable by its unmistakable red soles. The innovation and imagination behind Louboutin’s mesmerizing shoes and his utter devotion to women have impressed an influential mark on the world of design and have established him as one of the world’s most visionary and important shoemakers.”
The Christian Louboutin 20th Anniversary Capsule Shoe Collection includes 20 stand-out shoe designs, which will soon be available for purchase. From classy pumps to more comfy oxfords and everything in between, there are various options available for women with different, yet equally exquisite and refined style. Fringes, spikes, bold tones, unexpected combos and many other interesting style solutions make these incredible staples even more intriguing, classy and ultimately desirable.

Amidst an array of limited edition shoes, Christian Louboutin also offers six representative handbag designs, which also have been created to mark the brand’s anniversary. The designer himself described the handbags as: “This capsule is a great way for me to revisit some designs that I’ve been really in love with,” he told InStyle. “There is a lot of body language explained by the shoulder, so I wanted to put accent on the shoulder.”
Paris also played a great role, when it comes to the source of inspiration for creating these exquisite arm candies: “I wanted it to express a Paris that everyone falls in love with”, he admitted.
The capsule collection of shoes and handbags from Christian Louboutin will get launched on February 27 in UK and will hit the worldwide market in the beginning of March. Until then, all the fans of the brand are welcome to sign up on Facebook to get an invitation to shop online, as soon as the brand’s website will launch.
