Marion Cotillard Stuns in Lady Dior’s Resort 2017 Ad Campaign

Marion Cotillard stars in Lady Dior‘s resort 2017 ad campaign, showing off colorful prints in a lush garden setting. The photoshoot was shot by well known British fashion photographer, Craig McDean. The garden setting was just a beautiful, brilliant choice that makes it easier to feel the day through the photos, and imagine yourself wearing the advertised looks, which is essential to buying them.

The red floral print dress was so vibrant, and through the photo it looks so soft and fluttery, this would be the look I would want to be seen in on holiday. The black gown is what I would like to be photographed in for an evening; it is complex and chic, stunningly designed and intriguing. The black floral print dress with the knit sweater was a success that seems light and perfect for a day out with light activities. This whole campaign was brilliantly done.

Lady Dior represented by Academy Award winning actress Marion Cotillard has been an excellent representative with a soft beautiful look and a great following for the brand. The ad campaign for Lady Dior’s resort range is clearly not for the wallflower; the colors are strong and it is clear that the customer for Lady Dior wants to stand out with class.

The handbags are heavily featured and incredibly charming in design. The floral prints were not overpowered by the garden, but seemed to boost the demure look of the dresses featured in the shots released so far.

Having this photoshoot done in such a beautiful garden gave it a realism that would not ordinarily translate so well without having to give up the fashion element. The garden boosted and enhanced the feel of the resort collection rather than overpowering or stealing any bit of attention the prints, bags or even Marion Cotillard.

The stunningly lush garden that the photoshoot was taken at is actually the garden at the childhood home of Christian Dior! The location, known as Dior Granville garden, is elaborate and charming, just like Marion Cotillard and the outfits Marion shows. The vibrancy of the garden almost tricks your brain into recognizing floral noted perfume as you look at it. The ad campaign feels warm, fresh and interesting.

The short YouTube video shows tiered, pleat-ruffled sleeves, soft pin curls and long lengths on a black dress, deep greens and lightly colored petals and a stunning day. The whole feel is classy and intriguing. The charms and details on the handbags are a lot of fun with a chic look. The leather handbag with the charms will be a stunning accessory for a lot of people, but the embellished Lady Dior handbags have a surprising sophistication as well.
