For this vibrant Arabic eye makeup, you need the following beauty products and tools:

• Foundation, concealer
• Blush
• Eyebrow kit
• Eye primer
• Black gel eyeliner
• Eyeshadows in navy blue, black, purple, white, coral, orange and brown
• Black mascara
• False eyelashes
• Nude lipstick
• Makeup brushes

So the step-by-step cut-crease Arabic eye makeup tutorial is as follows:

Step 1: Apply a makeup base and then a foundation, creating a uniform look. Use concealer on the problem areas to camouflage any skin flaws. Set your face makeup with some powder. Contour your face with a blush tone and a bronzer.

Step 2: Create the perfect eyebrows using a brow kit.

Step 3: Prime your lids for the perfect eyeshadow application. Draw a new crease with black gel eyeliner. Take a small wet brush, dip it into a navy blue cream eyeshadow and smudge the black crease line with it. Over the cream eyeshadow, apply a matte navy blue tone and blend it well.

Step 4: Line your lower lash line with a liner brush and a black eyeshadow. Blend the line with a matte purple tone.

Step 5: Apply a white watercolor eyeshadow to the inner part of your upper lid, hardly reaching the middle of your lid. Continue with a coral watercolor eyeshadow (Soumon from Makeup Atelier Paris). Now, apply a white-gold pigment over the white eyeshadow that you applied to the inner corner of your lid. Step 6: Apply a matte brown tone to the outer part of your eye and then use a multi-reflex (green-brown-blue) pigment over it (Coppa Cabana Star Powder from Parisax).

Step 7: Apply a soft black line to your upper lash line using black gel eyeliner. Now, apply black mascara and then false eyelashes for the ultimum mystic Arabic eyes.

Step 8: Finish off your gorgeous party makeup with a nude lipstick!
