How to Do Purple Prom Makeup
Very little is needed from you to create this flabbergasting look: only some specific makeup products and a little practice in makeup application will lead you to perfection and a wow-worthy result that enchants. So here are the tools and the products you’ll need to have:
• Makeup base, foundation
• Eyebrow kit
• Eye primer and a base
• Eyeshadows in brown, magenta, white, purple and black
• Eyeliner in black and gold
• Black mascara
• False eyelashes
• Orange nude lipstick
• Makeup brushes
And the step-by-step PPP makeup tutorial goes this way!
Step 1: Start with your face makeup! Apply some moisturizer or a makeup base depending on your skin type and then go for the foundation. You’d better use a makeup brush for a better application. Set your makeup with some loose powder and sculpt your face with a blush.
Step 2: Beautiful eyebrows can instantly beautify your look. If you aren’t granted with bushy brows, fill them in! And if you don’t know how to do this, follow our step-by-step brow tutorial!
Step 3: Apply the eye primer and the base. High in to the crease line apply a light brown matte eyeshadow (Naked from the Urban Decay Naked Palette 1). A little bit lower in the crease apply some reddish brown tone (Propose in Prague from the Sleek Vintage Romance Palette).
Step 4: To the first third of your lid apply a white matte eyeshadow. Continue your way with a dark magenta color (Honeymoon in Hollywood from the Sleek Vintage Romance Palette), not reaching the tail. Highlight the outer part of your lid with a dark purple color.
Step 5: Apply a black hue on the outer V of the eye and blend it well with the other colors. Continue blending with the same reddish brown you have used before.
Step 7: Highlight your lower lid with a dark purple eyeshadow (Bliss in Barcelona from the same palette).
Step 8: Apply black eyeliner and then a metallic gold one above it.
Step 9: Apply black mascara and then false eyelashes for the perfect party look.
Step 10: As a final step, apply an orange nude lipstick and a peach lip gloss over it.
Your gorgeous party look is ready! Put on your glam dress and the killer heels and get the party started!
