Alexa Chung to Launch Her Own Fashion Line

We have always admired her iconic style and many of us even wondered why she doesn’t launch her own line yet. Well, the much anticipated project is on the way now, as Alexa Chung has finally decided to launch her own fashion line. This is actually not such a big surprise, as nowadays many celebrities have their own fashion or beauty projects. After fronting many campaigns for such names as Maje, Vero Moda or Superga, as well as working with Madewell, it’s quite natural that the British It-girl was already to start her own project. This is a brilliant chance for Alexa to express her creativity and for her fans to borrow a piece of her stunning style.
Her fashion experience and knowledge will definitely help a lot, however, Alexa still feels the pressure. She has even admitted the possibility of failure, as unlike many celebrities, she’ll do everything herself. “I’ve got nothing to lose, it’s a bit of fun,” Chung said. “In this current era of celebrity no one believes you actually design the stuff anyway, even though I sketch everything myself. So if it sucks I can say I had nothing to do with it, and if it’s really good I can say ‘Here are the drawings, it’s all my own work!'”
We hardly doubt in Alexa’s success, as she has an amazing ability to set trends. The British Fashion Council also chose her to speak for the country’s designers in an ambassador role.
Nothing is known about the possible launch date and the price range of Alexa’s clothing line. Have a little patience to finally see the young star’s covetable creations!
