Kylie Jenner’s BFF Jordyn Woods Teams Up With Boohoo

Is there anything better for a model who is paving her way for a fashion designing career in the industry than knowing that not one, but two collections will feature her name? That is the case for Jordyn Woods, a.k.a. Kylie Jenner’s BFF, who has just teamed up with Manchester-based fashion retailer Boohoo for two capsule collections.

Although not yet available to be browsed through and with no details revealed about the price tags, the first Jordyn Woods x Boohoo capsule collection will be released in mid-September, while the second one will come just in time for the winter holiday season. As for what we should expect, both the model and the label gave us a few clues regarding the overall style and attitude of the line-ups.

“My ultimate goal is to be as comfortable as possible. You can’t fully be confident when you’re uncomfortable,” firmly stated Woods, meaning that her line-up is surely born under an all-inclusive star.

Jordyn Woods, who is one of the most acclaimed and followed body-positive models of the past few years, made it very clear that her collection won’t be a plus-size one, but rather a size-inclusive one, meaning that each single staple will be available in sizes 2 to 22.

Woods, who is all about cheerful California-styled garments, with curve-hugging party dresses, tight jeans and crop-tops being her favorites, will thus not only focus on everything that any Californian It-girl would love to wear, but also will offer all those covetable things that could make anyone feel confident in her own body.

It’s going to be an easy-to-wear collection, yet with a fancy and stand-out factor that will help anyone feel on cloud nine, for sure. Boohoo’s USA Instagram account shared a few previews of the collaboration, and as far as we know, the Jordyn Woods x Boohoo September 2016 capsule collection will include at least a black body-con dress, a turtleneck cropped sweater, a bomber jacket and a pair of ripped jeans.

As for Boohoo’s CEOs and cofounders Carol Kane and Mahmud Kamani, the duo shares Woods’ same visions regarding self-confidence and inclusivity.

“As an inclusive brand, Boohoo.com is determined to create fashionable products for young girls of all sizes and continue to encourage body positivity,” they said in one of their press notes.

“There were points in my life growing up when I wanted to dress like other girls my age, but I couldn’t find clothes in my size that were as cute as theirs. With boohoo.com, I have been supported and encouraged to create something that all women can have access to and that I am proud of,” concluded Woods, and we can’t wait to see the final result of the collaborations!
