Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2014 Collection

We are so used to seeing ultra-feminine and elegant garments whenever we are going to look through an Alexander McQueen collection, that anything not fitting within these expectations would seem too different and unusual. However, Alexander McQueen lines miraculously manage to remain within the traditionally glamorous and classy drives, at the same time proving to be innovative and modernized each time. The flabbergasting Alexander McQueen pre-fall 2014 collection is no exception.

Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2014 Collection

As Sarah Burton describes, “It’s the idea of things being slightly undone, after having been so nipped in and corseted.” So yes, this is exactly what underlies the whole Alexander McQueen pre-fall 2014 collection, blending and intertwining with the top striking and chic details and shapes. Thus, talking about the main influences that trigger this array of sumptuous apparels we may note the amazing interpretations of the Art Nouveau and the manly vibes mixed with the minimalistic and the sophisticate. In this way, the opening image features a stunning floor length coat of dark navy blue shade, having some graphically arranged stripes and a luxurious fur detail over one shoulder. Similar designs have been applied to the next combination as well, in case of which we have a combo of previously seen design for the jacket matching a classy white skirt. The stunning texture applied to the following floor length skirt, paired with another variation for the chic jacket and finished off with a classy and elegant clutch can’t be missed out of our list either.

Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2014 Collection
As we continue our scrutiny of the Alexander McQueen pre-fall 2014 collection, it’s here that the amazing masculine-inspired looks catch our attention designed with the cool pair of straight pants and a suit. The more alluring shapes have been brought forward with the sweet minidress matching the design of the jacket it comes paired with ideally. The ruffled and fluffy looks are also included in this array of the top looks. So are the stunning symmetrical floral prints for the next floor-length garments, some of which also have some catchy cutouts. Meticulous beadwork used for the array of uber dumbfounding dresses is also noteworthy for the maximum and ultimate chic.
The Alexander McQueen pre-fall 2014 collection comes as another McQueen-made synonym for elegant and chic, and we just love it in the huge array of the fabulous suggestions that this sophisticated brand has offered so far.
