The parade of the wonderful fashion weeks goes one, and the next on the line is Milan Fashion Week, which proves to be the following flamboyant and breathtaking presentation of the equally creative and impressive collections. This time, it’s the cool Byblos Milano fall/winter 2014-2015 collection, forming an important part of the arsenal of Milan Fashion Week. As artistic director Manuel Facchini noted before the show, “The main idea of this collection is the contradiction between the future and the past. I wanted to create something innovative, avant-garde, creating some satellite images, prints, and jacquards, throughout the pieces of the collection. I see the future like very graphic, very geometric, some lines are very straight, very geometric, and in the past instead I take from Maria Antoinette, cause I was hit by this sensuality, femininity, the contradictions of the values themselves, for example the corsets, and bustier. I created this silhouette very tight in the waist, and flamboyant down the legs. I wanted to stick to the images they took, as you see there are some red, some blue, some white, pure white”.
So it’s obvious that the main inspiration underlying the Byblos Milano fall/winter 2014-2015 collection is very imaginative and prospective itself, and what the garments come adorned with can be called an ideal interpretation of these various vibes via the language of prints and shapes. So the collection is opened with the very interesting an a bit vintage prints made for a white top, coming matched with a bluish wide-leg bottom. Such prints are also used for the following dresses, made of floor and mini length, and some oversized outerwear garments.
The stunning blue shades for the similar design patterns and the combos of shimmery silver with red are among the nest stunners of the Byblos Milano fall/winter 2014-2015 collection. Also, we can’t but talk about the super cute flare dresses, coming with the relaxed silhouettes and adorned with a wide black belt fastened around the waist. Similar principle has also been worked out for the next floor-length option.
For the most impressive options, we can also note the luxurious all-black dresses, also sticking to the preselected shapes. The comfy zipper options are also included here, coming for the section of the “future”. The nice plays with white and the leather interpretations are also observed here. Finally, it’s the creamy shades that finish up the color diversity, coming with some transparency plays and shimmer design patterns.
The Byblos Milano fall/winter 2014-2015 collection is, indeed, a remarkable and unique array of suggestions especially for those, who want something exquisite and special for the coming fall/winter season. So have a look and get inspired!
