It’s a hard try to picture all the beauty and refinement a woman conveys, no matter she dons elegant eveningwear options or daily masculine pieces topped with cowboy hats! “There’s a little bit more drapey-ness,” said Michelle Ochsbackstage before the Cushnie et Ochs fall 2014 show. “It’s a little more lady, but our lady. A little more covered up,” she added. The Cushnie et Ochs woman goes totally soft and sensual this fall, bold enough to wear deep-deep plunges, super-high slits and see-through lace that are sure to land her in the spotlight instantly! And even when she wears more modest pieces that show less skin, she still manages to radiate a mystical allure and the dramatic va-va-voom effect the entire line comes enveloped with.
The show at Cushnie et Ochs opened with perfectly polished black and white essentials, that displayed Western inspiration, lots of romanticism and an exquisite taste. There was structural peplum white blouse matched with a black pencil skirt with lace hems, an absolutely to-die-for black bodycon dress with lace inserts in the top line and geometric sleeves cut on the shoulders, a minimalistic white dress merged with some interesting halterneck, a velvet black dress with asymmetric hemline, and elegant tailored black pants matched with a leather bustier with lace details and a gorgeous black blazer-resembling jacket. Most of the looks here were accompanied with cowboy hats for the maximum special effect!
