Damir Doma Spring/Summer 2014 RTW – Paris Fashion Week

If you want to combine coziness with much elegance and softness, you should definitely consider changing your wardrobe with the new Damir Doma spring/summer 2014 collection launched during Paris Fashion Week. The feminine looks with an antique touch of aristocracy and high classiness are just perfect to wear on a tender Parisian evening to walk around the old town and explore all the wonders of the splendid city. The smooth comfort and the classy shapes of the stiff apparels surely make the models looks more formal, self-confident and determined to reach all their ambitious dreams and goals. The gorgeous simplicity of the outlines and the modest elegancy generate a sophisticated energy from the ancient world that makes you look back for a moment and truly think over some philosophical issues.

All the colors of the Damir Doma spring/summer 2014 collection are interestingly calming. The main ones are the clear white, military green, khaki, elegant black and, of course, the hot red. The used fabrics seem perfectly enjoyable and pleasant. They give the looks a comfortable and lovely touch. Cotton and chiffon combined with the most artistic ways form a serene mixture of contentment and satisfaction.
In his show notes the designer says that the primal instinct is to be shed, reduce, retract. Using these minimalist views he starts his catwalk with the crispy and fresh looks. The creative designer’s first arrival of the show is a simple and smooth white dress with some elements from ancient Greek or Roman times. The next looks are more elegant and even sassier. The white pencil pants with the same color elegant shirt give you an intelligent and wanted look. The big creative collar makes the top more artistic and inventive. Another simple white dress with a cute v-neck is absolutely feminine and practical to wear just anywhere. The khaki looks are more formal and have a tint of military strictness. The black outfits can be worn either on fancy evenings or everyday office work.
