Donna Karan Spring/Summer 2014 Campaign

Astounding Brazilian beauty Adriana Lima is back to rock the party once again, this time presenting the absolutely dazzling Donna Karan spring/summer 2014 campaign, which has an array of peculiarities making it stand out among the list of whatever we’ve seen before. Super talented photographer Russell James took the part of creating such amazing shots, which give away all the secrets of the brand’s philosophy from the first sight. The beautiful background of the images was secured by a stunning location in Haiti, and male model Andres Segura accompanied the bombshell in the images.

Trying to describe the new Donna Karan line, the very first thing that we should probably note is the tribal inspiration, combined with a very sensual and unique bohemian vibe. Taking the brownish tones as a basic accent, the pieces are, indeed, exclusive and second-to-none with the specific prints and the shapes they are adorned with. Talking about them more specifically, we may note the very first image featuring Adriana with a gorgeous elongated dress, which has a super bold open design for one side, a one shoulder off design, and very eye-catching prints made with dark brown on the cream background. The matching brown leather accessories seen in almost all the shots are like ideal final brushstrokes here.
Going on exploring this fantasy of brown, the next combo we see is made of a brown leather jacket and a body-flattering skirt with the typical bald side split. Further, another variation of the previously met brown prints can be seen, this time used for a cross-folded and effortlessly open dress, fastened with a brown belt on the waist. The ultra-alluring V-curve having come as a result of this design is another thing to make us include this in our wanna-have list.

Finally, for the conclusion we also see some shift from the brown shades towards the grayish blue, which was used for a typically open and attractive dress, as well as for the concluding long skirt having a cute white shirt to match with it. So all-time alluring and mind-blowing shapes have been placed in the framework of tribal drives in the Donna Karan spring/summer 2014 collection, and worked out into just perfect and fresh pieces capable of making you stand out anywhere.
