If you are a fan of paisley patterns and cornflowers, than the Etro spring/summer 2014 collection is definitely for you! The print of about 50 years’ experience is clearly visible in the line judging by the level of the elaborate work the result of which is this truly wonderful line. Milan Fashion Week was breathing elegance with a relaxed vibe, luxury with a sophisticated vibe today at Etro!

As we’ve already mentioned, the core point of the Etro spring/summer 2014 collection is the variety of paisley prints and patterns created by multiple color interpretations, as well as the cornflower prints used on most of those cute garments. These patterns gave the designer a wide range of opportunities to feel free in the choice of the color palette. The latter includes such tones as cream, blue and shiny gold. These shades further expand to sunny yellow, bright orange and khaki green tones. Seems like this is the part of the movie when the sun rises.
The Etro spring 2014 runway show started with an awesome tee dress fastened with a belt and carrying the traditional prints of the line. The most fascinating thing about these pieces was that even the floor length dresses had awesome and comfortable pockets on them! Creative much!
Going on with the theme of the shapes, the next thing that we want to mention is the draping, which is very beautifully interpreted in many pieces. Then, come the super awesome halters, both one-sided and complete ones with the widest range of designs. A really nice design was demonstrated with the jackets as well, which were worn over very nice top-and-skirt combos. The diversity of the shapes reaches such variants as cute jumpsuits and one shoulder dresses, too.

Finally, what pockets without pants? The loose slightly cropped and straight pants are also there to make this gap filled in. Besides, we can’t but talk about the nicely chosen accessories complementing the Etro spring/summer 2014 collection. Namely, it’s the cute scarves and handbags perfectly matching with the compositions. The perfect wearability of the pieces is another tremendous advantage of the collection.
Describing the Etro spring/summer 2014 collection in one sentence, we can just say that it is a really unique and adorable reflection of femininity and practicality put in a single cup.
