Irina Shayk, a rather intriguing Keira Knightley doppelganger of sorts, has stunned us completely with the SuiteBlanco holiday 2014 campaign. The Russian model is not only exquisite herself, but presents everything from furs to knits and little black dresses with such poise, one cannot help but stare in rapt captivation. She’s sexy, she’s feisty and most certainly cuts a figure of stunning beauty.
SuiteBlanco’s designs are no less captivating themselves. They remind us of a butterfly’s transformation from a simple caterpillar into a mesmerizing butterfly. There’s little that we do not like in the SuiteBlanco holiday 2014 collection. Of course, it could always do with a little more color. Then again, some collections are best left with neutral and darker colorings. One could always pair a dark outfit with bright accessories to give it a bit more glam.
Neutral shades are a staple it seems, as Irina’s clad in a gray midi skirt, long fur lined vest, and loose-fitting beige sweater. The large clunky black necklace adds character to the otherwise drab look but it sure seems comfortable! Given Irina’s background, we can almost see the fashion fit right in with the Russian winter. Then again, with the frost of the north stinging one down to the bone, we doubt this outfit offers much in protection. Fur pockets are an added benefit to keep hands warm when mitts have been forgotten, though. It’s definitely a feature we should see more often.
We don’t know about you, but the knit mini dresses with the high crow necks are most definitely fitting, while the style adds a dab of sexy to the darker look. Black and white certainly does the jacket justice, which helps hide the lovely nature of the dress underneath’s its larger body. This look is great if you want to be leggy but warm, comfortable yet attractive. Definitely deserves its own space in our closets!
Our day-to-day lives could definitely benefit from the knit tunic and narrow deeper V neck and pockets, clad over tights. It’s pretty, it’s comfortable and it’s the perfect outfit to make a run to the local store or complete any of our daily chores. A gold clutch paired with the clothing adds some spark into the darker shades, giving the winter look a much-needed pick-me-up.
A little black dress that’s quite little, quite black and with a sexy cross-back design is exactly what we need this winter to have us feeling like we are not drowning in the oversized comfy sweaters. Large flashy earrings are all that’s needed to adorn the body alongside the mini dress, particularly when looking on it from the back. It almost reminds us of a Geisha’s costume, wherein showing one’s back is deemed the sexiest of all techniques in fashion. Of course, between the sides, the lower back and the legs also showing, it would be rather hard to convince a geisha to swap her kimono with this lovely piece.
