John Richmond Spring/Summer 2015 Collection - Milan Fashion Week

The beginning of the John Richmond spring/summer 2015 collection show was quite minimalist and modest, bringing total white or total black looks with touches of whites on them. Those were monochrome and perfectly cut and tailored straight dresses and pants and shorts coming with matching tops. What added interest and intrigue to these garments was the big proportion of imaginative appliqués mastered on the transparency background of the tops and the top parts of the dresses. Immediately after this we started to spot mesh leather duos. Especially noteworthy was the combo of the white mesh lather top and skirt, the bottom part of which was embellished with black lace fabric.
The John Richmond spring/summer 2015 collection also had non-transparent, yet equally bold and sultry looks, like the short flared shorts and the matching jacket all adorned with leather patchwork. Still, it was the see-through fabric or at least the flowing printed chiffon that added movement and grace to the entire collection. There were lots of maxi dresses featuring chiffon and see-through tulle, some of which were incorporated with lace, mesh, leather, but also fab prints and ombre techniques.
Despite the bold transparent fabrics used in line with lace and leather, the John Richmond spring/summer 2015 collection was embedded with lots of elegance and classiness, which was due to the polished shapes and structures. There we saw some stunning pants and shorts suits, usually coming matched with see-through tops that broke the total classic and strict effect of the outfits, spicing them up with modern and sassy vibes.

Soon fire red took the runway, bringing to-die-for dresses and gowns in fine lace, but also heavily printed chiffon looks. In between these looks, we still continued to see total white and black looks too, and then it was the blue fantasy that captured our hearts. The finale of the John Richmond spring/summer 2015 collection show was as monochrome and transparent as the beginning of it, showing see-through gowns, skirts and tops embellished with beautiful embroidery and appliqués.
Accessory wise, the John Richmond show brought some of the most significant trends of the coming season, such as sky-high wedge sandals, colorful tennis shoes, but also killer platform sandals, which boosted the boldness of the looks even more. The models’ hair was left loose and textured, and they were all wearing sassy smokey eye looks.
Whether you strive to look sultry on any occasion or just want to spice up your day-to-day looks with some touches of provocative fashion, the John Richmond spring/summer 2015 collection has all your style cravings covered for the coming spring season! So trust your style fantasies and bring them to life with the help of these uber-spectacular designs!
