The Jonathan Saunders spring/summer 2015 collection unveiled on the third day of London Fashion Week spring 2015 came to prove that the Scottish designer has a tremendous talent in bringing innovation to the fashion scene and turning simplistic pieces into masterpieces thanks to a wonderful play of colors and subtle prints added! An ode to nature can also be felt in the collection, as we discover the multiple leaf prints and the beautiful floral appliqués adorning the whole lengths of some skirts and tops. The use of metallic fabrics gives a festive-like approach to the collection, providing Saunders fans with fresh party outfit ideas. We also adore the transparency plays and the unique bulky shapes of the skirts, like the ones that appear in the finale of the show.
Wholly, the Jonathan Saunders spring/summer 2015 collection manages to combine simplicity with innovation and modern vibes, this way bringing looks that will definitely appeal to sassy fashionisers. Ohm and this surely refers to the gorgeous footwear options too, especially the two pairs of flat ankle-length black leather booties that look so rad!
