Her name is Kloss, Karlie Kloss! At least that is what we are thinking when we look at the gorgeous supermodel as she glides in, looking all secret agentish and gorgeous as well. This is more or less Karlie’s year in the spotlight as well, while it was Cara Delevingne’s not too long ago. It has been announced that Karlie Kloss will be put in as the new face for the Diane von Furstenberg fall 2015 campaign, making the 22-year-old fresh princess of the runway look especially alluring while traipsing about with her Diane Von Furstenberg handbags hanging from her arms. She looks like a spy from a cool new agent movie, something 007 perhaps? There is a print campaign to it now, showing the lovely spy as an engaging figure with a powerful stance and incredible place in the world as a fashion icon. The print version is set to turn into a film as well, something we simply are too impatient to see, knowing it will be quite grand. These mini film clips that designers are using of late are quite intriguing and the perfect alternative to the traditional advertisement commercial techniques.
What we see in the Diane von Furstenberg fall 2015 campaign is a woman who knows her place in the world, who can pull off a single button blazer in navy blue silk and still stare you in the eye, daring you to speak otherwise. She is the woman with the body to capture the gaze of men and women everywhere, who can pull off that shirtdress with the blue bubble polka dots with ease, the wraparound belt looking positively sumptuous. Actually, it appears that this particular collection has a whole lot of shirtdresses that are all about showing off a touch of cleavage on the chest, and flatter the body in flowing crepe and gentle materials. The prints are interesting as well, dotted and wild but still with a subtle edge. Between the sunglasses and the actual wide rimmed square style looks, a slight cat eye to the design without excessiveness sin that feminine drawing of the visage, we can clearly see how amazing each one of the accessories along with the dresses and suits by DVF are.
Karlie Kloss was certainly a grand choice to be the face of this campaign that truly has autumn written all over it. The pieces are light but with longer sleeves, falling lower on the legs and exposing just enough while still keeping most of the main regions covered up beautifully. We are looking forward to getting our hands on one of those wrap-dresses though as we can clearly see the appeal of having the blues and the colourful specks pulled together on a single garment. The upcoming season just would not have been the same without Karlie Kloss showing off how attractive the Diane von Furstenberg fall 2015 campaign collection truly is.
