Kenzo x H&M Campaign Features Chance the Rapper, Iman and Suboi

H&M is pushing its new Kenzo collection campaign with definitive gusto. The new ads showed off the brand ambassadors for the Kenzo x H&M collaboration – the incomparable Iman, Chance the Rapper and Suboi. Each of them is pictured in very interesting shots wearing brightly printed attire. The clothes are eclectic to say the least and very bright. As fashion is an outward manifestation of someone’s inner feelings, there will definitely be a market for these clothes.

H&M has released video interviews and photos that have so much buzz going that they must be excited. There are videos for each of the current brand ambassadors, Chance, Iman and Suboi, each offering a different look. The photos were shot and treated by Jean-Paul Goude and are eye-catching to say the least.

There is a lot of tiger print in this collaboration between H&M and Kenzo and in bright, unforgettable colors. Other prints and color combinations are complex and scintillating in jumpsuits, dresses and sets. Chance is featured in a neon green tiger print jumpsuit and green soled rubber rain boots.

Iman has stated that “Color to me is a mood enhancer, it makes you really feel good,” which certainly explains the draw of this collection for her. You can see and hear these quotes in her promotional Kenzo x H&M campaign video. The video features a behind the scenes look at Iman’s photo shoot with Jean-Paul Goude and gives a good look at how much she enjoyed the clothes. Her maxi dress was resplendent with green, blue and pink ruffles and bell sleeves with open shoulders. It is so busy and so much, but looks so beautiful on Iman.

There will be additional campaign stars that will appear later around the November 3rd launch and will include Rosario Dawson, Chloë Sevigny, Ryuichi Sakamoto, and Xiuhtezcatl Martinez. These people each bring their own dedicated fan base, centering their attention on the upcoming styles by H&M x Kenzo.

Rosario Dawson and Chloë Sevigny are actresses, while Chance the Rapper is a rapper and activist with aspirations of screenwriting. Suboi is a Vietnamese rapper, Ryuichi Sakamoto is a Japanese pianists, activist, writer and composer, actor and record producer. Xiuhtezcatl Martinez is a 16-year-old activist, who focuses on climate change. Iman has been a household name for decades, she is brilliantly beautiful and talented Somali fashion model with several beautify geared businesses and she is a well-noted activist and philanthropist.

This is an amazing roster of talents working as brand ambassadors and brilliantly set to show that there is something for everyone at H&M x Kenzo. Kenzo and H&M have provided a lot of fun, brightly colored options to choose from. The clothes will be available for purchase at H&M stores and online at HM.com on November 3rd, 2016.
