This is going to be even more than we expected. The spectacular and promising Meadham Kirchhoff for Topshop fall 2013 collection finally reveals some clues about what this long-awaited line is going to look like. Talking about the collaboration of Meadham Kirchhoff and Topshop, Kate Phelan, Topshop creative director noted, “Meadham Kirchhoff have been showing collections in London for around 8 years, they are an incredible talent, original and inspiring. Combining great narratives with strong characters, their clothes are delicate and romantic with a perverse twist that keep the collections modern and innovative.”

This is probably the best description of the line, which makes everything clear for us, explaining why Topshop has chosen this sort of collaboration for its new collection. As we already knew, the inspiration of this line goes around “The Cherrys”, which the designer duo explains this way, “This collection for Topshop was inspired by the idea of a band or a gang which we named ‘The Cherrys. The overall aesthetic was influenced by Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids, Kembra Pfahler and glam rock. It is an enormous and all-encompassing collection which will offer a myriad of choice for any customer to adapt or reject as they see fit.”
This statement, in its turn provides us with some clues about the shapes and the main designs of the 89 pieces included in the Meadham Kirchhoff for Topshop fall 2013 collection. Combining these with the lookbook images it becomes clear that the main silhouettes, which we are going to see among the looks of Meadham Kirchhoff for Topshop Fall 2013 collection, are the retro glam-rock-inspired jackets, dresses, and shirts, which will be perfectly matched with typical boots and accessories.

Talking about the design patterns, the whimsical drives come first, followed by other colorful alternatives, fur details, glittery sequins, animal prints, delicate details like lace, and extremely energizing mood. For those who are looking forward to seeing the line from the very first look up to the last one, we are glad to say that the whole Meadham Kirchhoff for Topshop fall 2013 collection will be internationally available since November 21.
