Gorgeous supermodel Christy Turlington is the face of Missoni’s spring/summer 2014 campaign ads. Presenting the flabbergasting images of the Missoni spring/summer 2014 campaign, the brand goes one step further with the curious and creative ideological representations of its luxurious with chic pieces. Lensed by talented and imaginative Dutch photographer Viviane Sassen, this campaign presents a whole dumbfounding list of colorfully decorated and organized images. The super spectacular colorful geometric details used for matching them with the picturesque nature scenes of Tenerife, of the Canary Islands make the photos we see among the ads simply breathtaking. This surely prepared the best grounds for demonstrating all the skillfully worked out and designed pieces for the coming warmer season.
The array thus starts with a super impressive dress, having such complicated and layered details on, that the risk of confusing it with a skirt and a T-shaped top is quite high. The super impressive print patterns applied to this piece are the key technique of presenting the rich color palette including navy blue, purple, emerald green and transparent black. The super alluring zigzag patterned transparent piece is the next stunning variation in black and white (the bright orange decoration backdrop was a nice way of emphasizing the monochrome look of this piece).
Next comes a cue dress alternative adorned with chevron-inspired patterns for the top and some stripy designs for the bottom. Another abstract, yet absolutely striking suggestion comes as the A-line relaxed dress with very interesting erupting volcano prints, which is a really creative trick to opt for. The black and white prints go on later too, presenting the following knee-length tee dress having this timeless duo as a key word.
Finally, the spectacular volcano prints and graphical representations get expanded for a couple of dress ideas, too, concluding the effective Missoni spring/summer 2014 campaign, leaving us with the bright as the garments memories and impressions, and definitely formed plans of including some of these looks into our spring/summer garde-de-robe faves.
