Reformation Slip Dresses 2016: The Outdoor Lingerie Collection

Inspired by the Nineties, Reformation’s newest outdoor lingerie collection for spring 2016 is destined to claim many fashion victims. With the lingerie trend being all the rage now, Reformation couldn’t exempt itself from releasing its own range of slip dresses for the new season, which includes perfect designs for those who like to go straight from bed to the club (and vice versa, obviously). What makes everything even more appealing, if possible, is that the eco-friendly Californian brand chose model Staz Lindes as the collection’s brand ambassador, capturing her amazing poses and almost heroin chic attitude through photographer Emman Montalvan’s eyes.

Reformation Slip Dresses 2016: The Outdoor Lingerie Collection

With quite affordable price tags that range from $100 to $200, Reformation’s slip dresses 2016 collection features three different styles, poetically entitled The Bailey Mini Dress, The Adriana Mini Dress and The Slip Dress, the latter of which features a floor length design that definitely makes it the collection’s sexiest attire. They all feature plunging V-necklines, adjustable straps and relaxed, as well as highly comfortable, silhouettes that will elongate the wearer’s figure. Red, pink and of course black are the chosen colors for the dresses, and will respectively satisfy the fashion demands of sultry, girly and more mysterious personalities.

Backless tops, lace embroideries and sheer fabrics reveal the collection’s sexy twist, while contrasting collars and hard-rock tops give the lineup a more naïve and cheerful attitude. In fact, although the lineup’s key pieces undeniably are the slip dresses in fine silk and crepe fabrics, the collection also consists of minimalistic jumpsuits, pajama-style tops and fluid pants that could be easily flaunted out and about on the streets, at home and at the office too.

To better embody the lineup’s Nineties vibes, we suggest mixing and matching those pieces with denim items, oversized coats, varsity jackets, floral patterned trousers or even Spice Girls-approved flatform shoes: such a styling will create trendy, quirky yet adorably sophisticated looks that could make anyone stand out of the crowd.

Versatile and wearable, Reformation’s slip dresses collection is more than perfect even for those who enjoy more boho-chic or hippie fashions, as one will just need to combine any kind of bell-bottom/ palazzo pants, slippers or fringed items with the lineup’s silky tops or flowing jumpsuits, creating the most dazzling outcome when it comes to relaxed and effortless looks. Lastly, if what you are looking for is an au naturel look, we suggest adding one single statement jewelry and then completing the look with a delicate retro-inspired messy updo: it will give you an effortlessly chic last minute look that will surely last from dawn to sunset.
