Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2015 Campaign

The campaign release season for fall collections is at its highest peak now: fashion designers, high-street retailers and major brands keep uploading photos and clips of their ads on the web. Keeping up with French designers, the Italian houses prepare their awesome photoshoots illustrating the best of the recent fall 2015 fashion trends. From that list the Italian luxury goods company Salvatore Ferragamo has arranged the campaign for their fall 2015 collection inviting the most skillful and progressive staff to work on set. Lensed by the collaborative duo of fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the Salvatore Ferragamo fall 2015 ad campaign features two promising young top models – the 18-year-old American model Vanessa Moody and the 17-year-old Kate Moss and Giselle Bündchen lookalike Julia Bergshoeff. Regardless their young age both models already have the experience of conquering runways of major fashion designers, so it is quite clear that their work would be a success.

The pictures are taken in a bright-lighted room with red and yellow transparent curtains giving a relaxed and at the same time awakening feel to the overall idea. The models pose both together and in solo in pictures for us to catch the uniqueness of pieces they are wearing and their connectedness. We already loved the amazing reserved nature of colorful and abstract garments from the runway show in the beginning of March, and seeing them played so winningly in these shots makes us feel even more intrigued. The duo shots, that are more in quantity, again hint on the idea of sister-friend collaboration that is so demanded this season. The two beauties appear in coatdresses, classic tweed suits and pants every time Vanessa showing the graphic piece and Julia wearing the monotone strict garment, which makes a perfect match for both their looks and characters. In one picture, we see Vanessa leaning back wearing the plain polo-neck sweater teamed with half-striped long tweed skirt with Julia sitting next to her in the fabulous V-neck long suit-dress that combines feminine and masculine natures in it. This goes so perfectly with her slightly manly profile and strong look that she demonstrates in that shot. The girls also carry the ultra-trendy clutch-like leather bags and wear the curious high-heel sandals we all adored in the collection. For extra clear image, the latter is shot separately as well. Some of the pictures depict super-fashionable round sunglasses and extremely elegant watches that we marvel at and are in anticipation to get our hands on. We are also absolutely struck by the gorgeous red dress with black leather belt that Vanessa wears in one of the pictures.

We love the Salvatore Ferragamo fall 2015 campaign not only for the clothes and accessories but also the restrained beauty look of the models that gives us the idea to be on the height without making too much effort for sophisticated eyeliner tricks. Makeup artist Lucia Pieroni is responsible for that minimalist flawless makeup, while Malcolm Edwards stands behind the gorgeous hair styling with the voluminous and natural waves. Other contributors to the successful work were the art director Fabien Baron, casting director Michelle Lee and the set designer Andy Hillman. So we recommend all fashionistas and dandies to get ready to obtain the basics displayed in this campaign, which will guarantee them the jealous stares and good compliments.
