The new spring 2014 collection from Salvatore Ferragamo is aesthetic and unbelievably feminine. The new creative director of the company, Massimiliano Giornetti launches fresh spring-ready looks that are classy, attractive, tempting and appealing for the pickiest followers of the art of fashion.
The essential colors of the Salvatore Ferragamo spring/summer 2014 collection are white, creamy, khaki and splendid indigo. The materials are very different. You can notice see-through expensive chiffon tops, silk dresses or simple cotton skirts and pants – all combined with most careful scrutiny and understanding of the principles of beauty and attractiveness. There is also a wide verity of shapes and outlines, luxurious ruffles and plain causality. There you feel masculine touches and feminine influences, sportic vibes and timeless elegance that has describes Ferragamo’s style for years.
The first looks of the Salvatore Ferragamo spring 2014 runway show represent strong-shouldered jackets that are very elegant and sassy, though they have the touch of the official military look.
