Calzedonia Spring/Summer 2015 Collection

A lovely Italian fashion retail group specializing in hosiery, beachwear and underwear markets, Calzedonia has officially released its spring and summer 2015 collection with gorgeous model Emily Didonato as the face of the campaign. The brand was established back in 1986 and currently has over 3800 stores in 38 countries. Milan, Paris, Rome, London, Berlin, Moscow, Barcelona, and Hong Kong are only a few of the major hubs for Calzedonia stores. Growing at a steady pace, we can safely say that this brand is one that deserves some extra attention and certainly some deep-rooted love.

Calzedonia Spring/Summer 2015 Collection

Needless to say, the Calzedonia spring/summer 2015 collection is full of denim ensembles we are dying to get our hands on. Following the season’s denim on denim trends that are still quite prominent, while also focusing on polka dots and crop tops, we have a line of exquisite casualwear that will have us enjoying every last second we spend in society. We also see a lot of the tight leggings that are not as common on the runways this year, but which we all crave to have among our wardrobe pieces on a daily basis, just in case we decide to throw over a tunic and walk out that door.

There we see a black and white mini hem dress, complete with the pleats on the skirt and the white collar peeking out and having one appear to be a rather convoluted governess or maid. Even the women wearing it will have a hard time defining that. Add spotted stockings underneath and it does look chic, though it may raise a few eyebrows, while the high-heeled pumps certainly finish off the sexy look. This might double over as a Halloween costume as well, working to define you as the sexy maid, who is trying to keep to a more demure look at the top while showing it all off at the bottom. Add a black blazer on top and you’re good to go!

Think denim on denim with a twist! While the general sophisticated denim lines have changed from the cigarette coupe design to something more like the straight legs with slight bell-bottom flares reminiscent of the ‘70s, Calzedonia has stuck to the fashions of the years before that have garnered so much support. Skin tight jeans from the waist down to the ankles adorn a tall figure, with black velvet bumps underneath and a lighter wash in a denim vest over at the top, worn with a simple white sleeveless shirt below it. It’s a cool chic here, with a major touch of sexy, emphasizing those long legs that run for miles at a time.

Absolutely gorgeous… the black jeans plus black top combo is probably one of the most attractive looks among the whole of the Calzedonia spring/summer 2015 collection, what with the white faded denim jeans, the striped suede boots below and the see-through striped top over a black bra that really follows the latest in fashion trends. We love the look and definitely will be running over to the new collection section for our very own look-alike set. We’ll emulate the boho waves and bring the focus to our eyes for maximum effect as well, while we enjoy strutting about with the silhouette of our bodies so enticingly drawn out.
