Candice Huffine Showcases Violeta by Mango’s 2016 Swimwear Designs

Plus-size model Candice Huffine is back on track with another partnership with Violeta by Mango, the Spanish retailer’s department that specializes in curvy fashion wear. This time around, the Spanish brand took Huffine to the beach to showcase the Violeta by Mango swimwear 2016 designs, which are closely linked to the latest Candice Huffine x Violeta by Mango spring 2016 campaign, both in terms of the overall style and the colorful sun-drenched outcome. By posing for both the campaigns, Huffine managed to show us how to sport a head-to-toe cozy and affordable outfit during the current springtime and the forthcoming beach season.

Still, the collections slightly differ from one another: while the spring 2016 campaign was shot in Mallorca, Spain, and definitely is more party/festival-like, the Violeta by Mango swimwear 2016 campaign takes us to the French Riviera, channeling the best late-Sixties-inspired looks one can pull off. From one-piece swimsuits to plus-size bikinis, from relaxed kimonos to airy cover-ups, the collection features all things stylish and beach-ready one needs to pack up and take along for the long-awaited summer escape. All the designs could be worn either while sunbathing in Provence, or singing by a bonfire in Mallorca, where the ‘dress code’ usually favors coziness over elegance.

The collection is all about vibrant and bold prints, which vary from geometric retro patterns to delicate flowery designs, meant to be worn either with contrasting prints or solid-colored cover-ups and denim shirts. Candice is often seen gracefully layering denim shirts over flowery bikinis in the campaign, and the results are absultely stunning especially when completed with a wavy, au naturel hairstyle like hers.

A monochromatic coral bikini and a bright pastel blue one seem to inspire us to have fun and go for a perfectly mix-and-matched look, while the edgy striped ponchos and coral cover-up with boho tassel embellishments will encourage anyone to never give up on style, as well as one’s personal sense of fashion, while chilling and reading a book under the beach umbrella.

Dark green bikinis (which either feature a monochrome or a camouflage motif) will enhance the sunbathed skin tone, while the total-black proposals add a sophisticated touch of sensuality taking the collection to another level. Just in case going total-black is too simplistic for you, the collection offers a few elegant black lace embroidered cardigans, not to mention the ethnic-inspired statement jewelry pieces, which will complete any total-black look with some effortlessly chic vibes.

Finally yet importantly, those who are looking for more daytime kind of cover-ups can always count on one of Mango’s hallmarks – a flowing embroidered oversized white cardigan that just goes along well with basically any kind of swimwear look!
