Miley Cyrus for MAC Viva Glam 2015

Miley Cyrus has been off the charts with her crazy antics and overtly sexual behaviour. She’s been twerking on stage, cursing and making obscene gestures with foam fingers and, of course, riding a wrecking ball in her birthday suit after licking a hammer like it’s the most delicious sexual object in the world. Yet she seems to have a penchant for helping out as well, or perhaps it’s to help salvage her public image to some extent, as she has been announced to be the 2015 MAC VIVA Glam spokesperson.

Miley is sensational in every way and boy does she turn heads but it appears she has a soft spot for helping out those placed in a vulnerable position and her $500,000 donation to the American Foundation for AIDS Research, as reported in the Huffington Post, was certainly a heartwarming gesture. She is quite forthcoming in her statement that she is not too embarrassed to talk about AIDS prevention with young people, expressing her need to voice concerns and open a dialogue about the issue.

The Miley Cyrus for MAC 2015 collection includes a VIVA GLAM Miley Cyrus hot pink amplified lipstick that will sell for $19, as well as a lipglass in hot pink with sparkling pearl that will go for $18. As per MAC’s announcement, every last cent of the selling price of the VIVA GLAM lipstick and lipgalss will be going to helping women, men and children currently living with or previously infected by HIV/AIDS. The items are expected to be available online and in stores from January 22, 2015.

The pop superstar may have shed her pretty little Disney look for a sultry, sexy and utterly sensational fashion sense and performance style, with is quite apparent in how she has posed for the MAC VIVA Glam ad, but she seems to have a heart that beats to help those left vulnerable by a sexual disease and she will not refrain from extending a helping hand to those in need. She’s not the only one focusing efforts on AIDS research, but she certainly is the most tantalizing of the group. To be a celebrity means you should be giving back to the society that has propelled you to your fame and this route is certainly quite perfect for the seductive Miss Miley Cyrus.

Plus, those new cosmetic items are too attractive a deal to pass up! The easiest way to grab an individual’s attention is to offer them a deal wherein they receive a gift and have their money spent on a good cause. It’s why silent auctions and lotteries are so popular at fundraising events. Miley Cyrus has merely found a better way to get a larger influx of cash sent to a positive research facility and program. So we will look sweetly glamorous while those suffering from AIDS will receive the help needed, at least in part.
