Just a day after the official ending of the SS 2018 NYFW Juicy Couture presented the ready-to-wear Spring 2018 collection in a rooftop garden near Rockefeller Center. The brand isn’t part of the NYFW’s calendar for a while now. Anyway, that doesn’t mean that Juicy Couture isn’t in the center of the fashion happenings.
The Spring 2018 collection was the first for Jamie Mizrahi, the new creative director of the fashion house. Before getting the role of a creative director for Juice Couture Jamie was a celebrity stylist. Only a month ago the brand announced the news and Jamie Mizrahi has been on fire ever since. Just recently she designed a custom pale pink track skirt and hoodie for her client Katy Perry. Besides Perry, Jamie’s celebrity clientele includes Sasha Lane, Leighton Meester, Nicole Richie, and Riley Keough.
“I am not trying to reinvent Juicy. It has such a brand identity already ‚Äö√Ñ√∂‚àö√ë‚àö√Ü carefree, tongue-in-cheek fashion. What I’m doing is taking the history that is so special and continuing to make it feel fun and wearable by bringing back silhouettes and materials and making them work for the modern woman,” Mizrahi told WWD.
Everybody was curious how the new Juicy Couture will look like. Jamie Mizrahi answered all those questions with her debut collection for Juicy Couture yesterday afternoon. The brand’s recognizable tracksuits were part of the Spring 2018 collection. Anyway, the designs were original and nothing like the ones from Juicy in the past. The ultimate Juicy tracksuit babe Paris Hilton was there to have a first look at the spring Juicy Couture designs. You probably remember her impressive collection of Juicy tracksuits, baby bags, glitter belts and platform sandals.
Paris Hilton wasn’t taken seriously in the 2000s but now is clear that she knew more than we all did back then. The heiress showed up in a couple of Juicy’s latest offerings which means she already approves the reinvented Juicy Spring 2018 collection.
The Spring 2018 collection was in the Juicy Couture’s recognizable aesthetic but much more refined than in the past. Cropped sweaters and crop tops in vivid colors, girly patterned dresses, and skirts and cute coordinates are the latest offerings from Juicy Couture. On a great surprise to the audience, there weren’t many dazzling moments in the collection. The new Juicy Couture is more toned down but still has a strong girly vibe.

When Namibian Victoria’s Secret Angel Behati Prinsloo announced a coming-soon collaboration with Juicy Couture, everybody was instantly thrilled to see the results. After almost 5 months of wait, the Behati Prinsloo for Juicy Couture collection for spring 2016 is finally here, and will very likely represent a turning point for the American label, which has been facing decreasing sales for the past few years and has begun rejuvenating and renovating itself since earlier last year.
Although only available from April 15, we can, however, begin browsing through the collection’s campaign, shot by the artistic duo Inez and Vinoodh. Actually, Prisloo began teasing us earlier, exclusively posting two of the campaign’s images on her official Instagram account on Tuesday. Spoiler Alert: the Hashtag #babes will probably soon become a trending topic. “My @juicycouture line coming out soon 4.15.16 #BehatiXJuicyCouture so excited about this.‚Äö√Ñ√∂‚àö‚àǬ¨‚àû‚àö√Æ‚Äö√†√®‚àö¬Æ Shot by @inezandvinoodh styled by @carlynecerfdedudzeele #babes.’
Soon-to-be mom Prinsloo (she announced her first pregnancy with husband Adam Levine earlier this month), who has worked with Juicy Couture for years as an ambassador and spokesmodel, knows what Juicy Couture’s audience likes and appreciates about fashion, and has for this reason opted for harmoniously combining the label’s hallmarks with her very own, personal and kind of free-spirited taste. As a result, the Behati Prisloo x Juicy Couture capsule collection could be regarded as an ‚Äö√†√∂¬¨‚à´ber-feminine casual line with a slightly athleisure twist and some chill Californian vibes (speaking of being eclectic).
“Juicy Couture is so iconic so I wanted to bring a little bit of something different to the brand while still remaining true to who they are. This collection is really for any active girl who wants to throw on an outfit that’s comfy yet cute. I travel so much so I wanted to create pieces that were really comfy but with a fashionable twist. I was inspired by the vibes and colours from Seventies roller-skate and skateboard culture ” just stuff that’s really fun and easy;’ Prinsloo told Teen Vogue.
Behati’s rocker-inspired style definitely is the collection’s main protagonist, as it turns out to be the reason behind all those crop-tops, track suits, denim jackets and gym shorts coming in relaxed lines and bright colors. While most of the crop-tops feature bold graphics, the majority of the velour pullovers, short shorts and joggers alternate a black textured fabric with multi-colored elastic bands.
As for the campaign’s pictures, all of Prinsloo’s dynamic poses really set up some healthy standards that will easily make anyone have the desire to work out at least twice a week, looking up to the model’s confident attitude and toned figure as a daily motivational inspiration. When it comes to the prices, on the other hand, the collection cannot be described as one of the cheapest, with the velour hoodies costing $188, the long pants $158, the bombers retailing for $268, the denim duster for $348 and the short shorts for $188. It will, however, hopefully help the brand rise from the ashes of its glorious past.

It is definitely the year of the Victoria’s Secret models, who are slowly taking over the fashion advertisement world. The collaboration of Candice Swanepoel and Behati Prinsloo is just another proof of the statement, as the astonishing duo teamed up once again, this time for the Juicy Couture spring 2016 campaign. Captured by Dutch photographers Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, the blonde beauties sport the colorful and glitzy Juicy Couture looks from Black Label’s spring 2016 lineup, which includes casual dresses, sporty looks, cozy rompers and bohemian prints. With the creative director of the campaign being Roi Elfassy, hair styled by Garren and makeup done by Dick Page, one would expect nothing but wonderful results.
Full of joie de vivre, Swanepoel and Prinsloo had fun shooting the campaign’s video too, but beware! Their on-camera chemistry could be almost addictive. Their free-spirited contribution to the campaign also perfectly embodies any Juicy Couture girl, whose passion for adventure and thrill of travelling finds a good ally throughout the collection’s versatile and wearable proposals. Swanepoel and Prinsloo accentuate such feelings, making us just want to pack up everything and travel randomly the world.
The collection’s essentials also remind us that travelling in solo is always a good idea, as long as we put patience and initiative in our luggage too. After some troubled years, Juicy Couture’s cosmopolitan adventure has just officially started and is ready to literally conquer world, and featuring both Prinsloo and Swanepoel for an advertisement campaign is just the perfect way to prove it.
Regarding the collection and the campaign, Roi Elfassy recently stated how well perceived the label has been all around the world, and how proud he is about Juicy Couture’s willingness to expand its horizons. Working with two pairs of dynamic duos hasn’t been that hard for Elfassy either, who is more than thrilled about the results.
Targeting mainly the young, the Juicy Couture spring 2016 campaign is overwhelmed with colors, prints and patterns that may at times seem way too much to some of you, who give more preference to relaxed and toned down looks. On the other hand, the collection is a perfect source of inspiration for ditching all the winter blues and stepping into the new season looking cheerful, careless and pretty casual. Unleash the bold girl inside you, going for watercolor patterns, cheeky florals, matching yellow with pink, reds and crimson shades, different shades of blue, while sticking to glitzy metallic golden when it comes to the footwear!
Seeing Juicy Couture evolve and improve itself has really been a pleasure for us all so far, and we can’t wait to see what the label has in store for the future.

As proven by its latest spring 2016 collection, Juicy Couture is undergoing some major changes, which are affecting its stylistic choices, too. The Juicy Couture pre-fall 2016 collection also shows the label’s newest side, in which more cheerful prints and juvenile lines are meant to give us moments of pure femininity. Overall, the line-up plays with many of the upcoming pre-fall trends, translating them to what a younger audience would like to wear after those nostalgic summer days. That’s probably also why the collection’s main focus is placed on the legs, which are often exposed with the help of some denim shorts or miniskirts.
Although displaying a cool array of autumnal jackets, the collection features a lot of summer staples, such as cover-ups turned into dresses and surfer-style prints, which could be perfect for those who usually get some real summertime sadness. To top it all off, most of the collection’s designs seem to have been directly inspired by Juicy Couture’s 2015 floral fruity fragrance.
As soon as we approach the first pieces, Juicy Couture’s floral patterns become more evident, yet showing a big diversity in style and overall aspect. On the one hand we have big floral prints on many delicate A-line dresses, which feature ombre shirtwaists, tunics, t-shirt and long sundresses, while on the other we discover stylized flowers adorning the collection’s athleisure pieces. While the former options are perfect for a night out with friends, the latter looks present more day-to-day casual pieces. Ombre patterns seem to particularly carry Juicy Couture’s pre-fall style, as they come combined with different items and hues.
While many pre-fall collections are reinterpreting the athleisure trend drifting it more towards the ‘-leisure’ part, Juicy Couture focuses more on the ‘ath-‘ aspect, confirming once again its willingness to create something that could be more internationally loved rather than merely appealing to American girls and young adults. Ironically, the collection’s all-American appeal is still apparent, mainly due to its typical trends, cuts and lines that are to be found everywhere from the East to the West costs.
Geometrical and striped patterns play a big role within the collection, too, exploring some interesting color-blocking motifs. Such motifs also come in different fabrics and processing techniques, such as lace embroideries and crochet patterns, proving that Juicy Couture’s creative director indeed put some efforts into spicing up the collection by playing with different layers and colors.
The Juicy Couture pre-fall 2016 collection brings us some vintage-inspired pieces, too, namely the paisley miniskirts and blazers. These designs differ a lot from the loads of floral-patterned items. Juicy Couture also features two pairs of denim pants, the cuts coming to please both those who can’t get enough of skinny jeans, as well as those who can’t wait to explore different styles, such as bell-bottom pants combined with a Seventies-inspired top.

It’s been a year full of changes for Juicy Couture and, apparently, the brand is not going to stop rejuvenating itself any time soon. It has been recently revealed that for the first time ever since the ABG group acquired the brand last year Juicy Couture will be teaming up with Behati Prinsloo for an upcoming capsule collection that she’ll co-design with the brand.
The Namibian model, who became the face of the Victoria’s Secret sub-brand Pink in 2008, and then finally a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2009, has already had a chance to work with Juicy Couture before. The statuesque beauty has previously acted as the ‘I am Juicy Couture’ fragrance brand ambassador, a role she won’t quit now. Such a role made her effortlessly embody Juicy Couture’s fresh approach to fashion, which is going to play a major role within this capsule collection’s designs. In this upcoming year she will thus be working on this thrilling partnership, while still keeping on being Juicy Couture’s brand ambassador.
Set to arrive in stores in April 2016, the Behati Prinsloo x Juicy Couture capsule collection is said to include a series of unique pieces inspired by the Seventies skateboard culture, which left an indelible mark on America’s cultural and fashion identity. Juicy Couture’s style, which is more like a mixture of bon ton lines and casual pieces including bomber jackets, slip-on sandals, Bermuda shorts and graphic tees, will thus undergo a major makeover. Such a capsule collection will also capture Prisloo’s off-duty style and ride the crest of the athleisure wave, which will soon hit the fashion industry seaside.
Prinsloo explained her choice of the designs for her capsule collection stating that: “Juicy Couture is so iconic so I wanted to bring a little bit of something different to the brand while still remaining true to who they are. This collection is really for any active girl who wants to throw on an outfit that’s comfy yet cute.’
Juicy Couture’s headquarters also seem to be totally at ease with Prisloo’s casual travel-wear style, and can’t actually wait to see the results: “We are thrilled to combine forces with Behati Prinsloo on this special capsule. [‚Äö√Ñ√∂‚àö√묨‚àÇ] Behati Prinsloo epitomizes the effortlessly cool LA attitude of the Juicy ‘it girl’. Her design sensibility combined with a tremendous global following make her the perfect ambassador for Juicy Couture.’
Moreover, the Behati Prinsloo for Juicy Couture capsule collation will be a part of Juicy Couture’s 21st anniversary celebration. If you are looking for some perfect outfits for a weekend outing, maybe even accompanied by some surfing experiences and fresh cocktails by the beach in Southern California, make sure not to miss Prinsloo’s creations!

Founded by Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor in Los Angeles in 1997, Juicy Couture has always been a reference point for thousands of teenagers and young women (especially in Northern America). In its best days, Juicy Couture was fresh, colorful, energetic and funny, and was sold in the best department stores. In the late ’00s, with increasingly falling-off sales and more and more competitors, many considered the brand to be soon dead in the water. Things changed in 2013 when the company was sold to Authentic Brands Group (ABG), was given a brand new team and five years to make the sales rise again. This new team, whose plan is to attract a new generation of enthusiastic teenagers and young adults, had to satisfy its new target market: the East. In fact, while Juicy still has to regain its appeal with American customers, countries like South Korea, China and South Africa seem to enjoy its creations more than its compatriots (apparently, since April 2014, overseas demand for Juicy Couture clothing lines has increased considerably). Therefore, while looking at Juicy Couture’s spring 2016 collection, we should keep in mind both its new target market and its desire to re-energize the brand in Northern America. So, let’s take a closer look at the collection.
Separated into several delivery groups, this collection aims both at fulfilling everyone’s fashion needs and reinterpreting different trends, from the more romantic boho chic trends to the more casual sporty chic ones. Albeit Juicy Couture keeps on proposing some lifelong signature pieces, like the floral prints; its lines are way more different than those of its world-wide famous velour tracksuit (turned into a trend thanks to Madonna in 2001).
This collection’s protagonist is femininity, here expressed through delicate lines and vivid colors, mixed together in an impressive variety of prints. While most of these graphic prints have a delicate boho chic attitude, Juicy Couture made it also possible for stripes lovers to dress up with colorful striped patterns, which slightly remind of Valentino’s SS 2015 collection.
To prove its desire for diversity, Juicy Couture also opted for some animal prints, brought into life through the t-shirts, jackets and mini dresses. Neon tweed and crisp ponte jackets play another huge role in this collection, as well as the oversized t-shirt dresses with short hemlines and the Eighties-inspired logo tees. For solid color pieces, Juicy Couture has chosen simple A-line dresses and all-in-one jumpsuits, both long and short, with tied waist and embroidery designs.
Both skinny and bell-bottoms jeans are well represented in the Juicy Couture spring 2016 collection, although it is vintage foulard-print pants that are totally in the limelight and are also responsible for the bohemian allure present. As for the purses, it seems that fringe backpacks and mini bags will still be a thing next year to the delight of those who fell in love with them this early summer.
Overall, we can say this collection has easy-to-wear looks and youthful pieces perfect for almost any occasion. However, while looking at it, I cannot help but wonder: is it possible for Juicy Couture to regain acceptance? Although the answer may not be easy and definitely not predictable, its new leadership did bring some innovative ideas into life, and may actually save the brand (at least in the Eastern World).

The Juicy Couture fall 2015 campaign is a fresh outlook for the brand’s image. The collection is not the usual ‘a school girl gone luxe’ Juicy Couture lineup. This time, the attitude of a youngster wearing pink glasses is blended with the style of a grown businesswoman. The brand has put a lot of effort to stop being associated with the typically sexy style, which many critics and fashion lovers have been known to consider as cliché. And to do that, they created a line that would preserve the brand’s well-known style, which is already its credo, but would still blend well with a more serious and wearable set.
And why is that? Well, we know that months ago Juicy Couture told the reporters they wanted to expand their territory and become an international phenomenon. Of course, with plans like these, their usual target group would be too small for taking over the stage. So to do that, obviously, the brand needs to satisfy a variety of tastes and meet the expectations of absolutely different people. And that is exactly why Juicy Couture created a collection for a wider audience. But wait, there is still more! With such grand vision of the future, the brand needed to use more publicity. And to get more attention Juicy brought up the strongest weapons they could have. For their fall 2015 ad campaign, they invited such legendary and iconic figures as the brilliant Mert Alas and Marcus Pigott, the two photographers who made up a colossal combination. The brand also invited the well-known and outstanding stylist – Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele and the glowing couple of beautiful models ” the dazzling Taylor Hill and Romee Strijid with her pronounced cheekbones.
And, must we tell you, the brand succeeded in their aims! Despite the enormous amount of bright colors, especially the teenage-pink, the line is pretty much suitable for daily life. The grey sport-suits, though slinky and seductive, are quite comfortable. The interestingly striped women’s suit in the same color of exciting elegance ” grey ” might be appropriate for meetings or other formal events. Of course, this works only if you’re extravagant enough to wear shorts to a meeting. And the doggy Taylor is handling in her hands does somehow fit for that character of extravagance. The black and white flowery skirt in a tandem with the intentionally informal jacket and hat being the right look for an outrageous personality going to a dinner party. And the informal looks in girls’ beloved colors complemented with the symbol of luxury ” fur ” are the perfect choice for an evening walk or a big party.
So, Juicy Couture did a marvelous job in finding a new vision of the brand, yet staying true to its origins. Seems like their large-scaled plans have a good chance of coming true!

The Juicy Couture fall/winter 2015-2016 collection lookbook features hottie Devon Windsor, who looks youthful, modern and sassy in 44 different looks, which differ in their style, design concept and mood. Although the first thing that comes to one’s mind when thinking Juicy Couture is tracksuits, loungewear and sporty designs using a splash of vibrant colors and bold details, the new collection of the brand brings a more sober approach in terms of the design details and styles implemented. Alongside those much-expected girly dresses, bold and lavish accessories and athletic wear, the collection brings an array of fresh and cool designs, this way catering to the style needs to a wider group of fashionisers than it usually does.
The Juicy Couture fall/winter 2015-2016 collection surprises from the very first look showcased, which is a perfectly polished and simplistic straight black sleeveless mini dress with lovely tiny flower appliqués used to decorate the hemline. It’s a modern, fresh and timeless look, after all who would mind owning one more little black dress. Wear it with a pair of over-the-knee black socks embracing your legs and add a few statement-making jewelry designs, such as golden pieces with red heart details and get ready to land in the spotlight wherever you go!
The mood and the style of the collection drastically changes with the presentation of the second look, which adheres to the Juicy Couture’s style ideology, bringing sporty motifs to the scene. It’s all due to the white varsity jacket that we can feel the breath of Juicy Couture in this look, which smartly tops the black mesh top with floral appliqués, matched with the skin-tight black jeggings. We are later on treated to more sporty designs, such as the denim jumpsuit, the gray cashmere pants worn with lovely hoodies, the sweatsuits in white and blue shades and the more elegant silk trousers with white stripes.
As the collection starts to develop, we discover more party-ready options too, like little dresses and mini skirts featuring laser-cut details, midriff-exposing crop tops worn with matching skirts and so on. Prints and colors come to liven up the overall black and white scene, as we see the houndstooth patterned mini skirt, the lovely heart printed colorful dress topped with a navy blue coat, the floral printed options and the looks featuring bright pink and lilac shades.
There is something cool for the typical rock-chic girls as well in the Juicy Couture fall/winter 2015-2016 collection, as it features sexy tight leather pants, ripped jeans, black leather jackets and some awesome jewelry designs. Still, it’s the Chanel-appropriate tweed ensembles that have us all enchanted, coming to announce the start of a new era for the Californian brand. Think tweed jackets cat at different lengths, skirt suits using golden zip details, short shorts matched with cropped jackets and lovely mini dresses.
Transparency details, Seventies and Sixties styles, lush floral prints, colorful faux fur and chic tiny bags with chain straps are other noteworthy trends present in the lineup. Then we also love the bling-y jewelry designs, the printed t-shirts and the sunglasses used to add to the boldness and modern allure of the designs. Wholly, it’s a mature collection that is sure to appeal to more people than the loyal Juicy Couture customers!

The Juicy Couture spring/summer 2015 collection takes us to the poolside, letting us enjoy the warm and sunny weather of Palm Springs, California. The LA based brand taps supermodels Cato Van Ee and Camille Rowe to present its stylish offerings for the new season, from lovely printed overalls and summer-ready bikini pieces to boho-chic maxi dresses and delicate lace designs, accessorized with eye-catching metallic jewelry pieces and stylish boxy bags. Colorful, diverse and extremely free-spirited, this stunning collection features all the necessary details and clothing pieces for you to create memorable boho-chic, Seventies-inspired and sporty looks with girly touches.
You can literally feel the warm sun rays caressing your own skin as looking through the spanking new Juicy Couture spring/summer 2015 campaign. It’s both in the beautiful backdrop of the images and the interesting mishmash of colors and prints of the designs showcased. Like the majority of the brands, Juicy Couture also praises the ’70s fashion this summer, launching a collection drenched in the laid-back bohemian style. Think beautiful maxi dresses with wildflower and butterfly prints, as well as printed jumpsuits and matchy-matchy two pieces, like the tailored shorts teamed with a lovely sleeveless blouse. The bellbottom jeans, the high-waisted shorts, loose lace-up printed tops, the vintage denim rompers are other Seventies inspired pieces you can find in the collection.
Still, diversity plays an important role in the Juicy Couture spring 2015 collection, as we discover other styles too, like sporty chic and feminine designs. Talking of the latter, we can’t miss the delicate mini lace, crochet and ruffled dresses coming in juicy shades. Accessorized with glam heeled sandals and golden jewelry pieces they look so perfect for special cocktail parties.
We can also notice a subtle nautical theme in certain designs like the preppy tennis sweater, the striped blazer and some pants. Then again denim plays an important role in the collection and it’s quite logical, as hardly can we imagine the Seventies fashion without some ripped jeans, vintage denim pieces and jean shorts.
In addition, the Juicy Couture spring/summer 2015 collection gives lots of importance to day-to-day casual pieces, most of which bear stylish sporty motifs for a bigger impact. From printed sundresses, crop tops and flowing blouses to printed tees, short shorts, sporty pants and miniskirts, there is a plethora of stylish essentials that you can mix and match creatively every time coming up with a unique summer-ready look. And of course, we have some swimwear designs too for the days we want to soak up the sunrays more than anything else!
In terms of stylish accessorizing details, the Juicy Couture spring 2015 lookbook demonstrates killer heeled sandals mostly in metallic tones, oversized sunglasses, mini cross-body bags, sporty caps and powerful jewelry designs that can instantly jazz up any outfit. For really juicy and flirty summer look, make sure you let the Juicy Couture spring 2015 lookbook inspire you!
